MeTEOR Education Names Industry Veteran Cindy Eggebrecht as Senior Vice President of Marketing - Tech Learning

– MeTEOR Education has announced the appointment of Cindy Eggebrecht to Senior Vice President of Marketing. Eggebrecht is a K-12 Industry veteran, leading sales and marketing initiatives for more than 20 years.

Cindy comes to MeTEOR Education from Paragon Furniture, a manufacturer of eco-friendly, K-12 educational furniture, where she served as the Director of Marketing. In her prior role, she positioned Paragon as an active learning environment thought leader by launching end user-focused knowledge resources such as articles, a blog and vlog, an e-newsletter, continuing education courses and active learning space resource guides.

Prior to Paragon, Eggebrecht led marketing, channel sales, and national sales efforts at Bretford, a leading manufacturer of technology-enabled furniture for learning environments. She spearheaded the development of the Discovery Guide, a marketing tool that helped facility professionals understand, create and implement agile learning spaces. The project studied student outcomes, teacher evaluations and anecdotal and ethnographic evidence to understand the agility and adaptability of the iLab space and how it supported teaching and learning.

“Cindy’s brand development and thought leadership in the Learning Environments industry align directly with MeTEOR’s vision of creating High-impact Learning Experiences,” said Bill Latham, MeTEOR’s Chief Executive Officer. “Her deep experience as a storyteller will amplify the voices of MeTEOR’s school partners across North America.”
