Discovery Education invites educators around the globe to a virtual event in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on Wednesday, January 15th at 1:00PM Eastern. During this no-cost experience appropriate for K-12 classrooms, students will explore the life and impact of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as they view Celebrate with DE: Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Through this video, participating students will learn about the incredible life and legacy of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Virtual Viewing Party attendees will learn about Dr. King’s accomplishments, the continued relevance of his work, and how his life inspires students today to participate in the upcoming National Day of Service.
