Lancaster ISD recently selected Prologic Technology Systems, Inc., a Texas-based K-12 information technology company, to outfit its eleven North Texas campuses with Prologic's TEAMS™ Student Information System (SIS).

TEAMS™ is a 100% Web-based system that tracks student attendance, grades, curriculums and schedules and helps administrators synchronize district-wide academic goals by monitoring key indicators.

"The Board of Trustees for Lancaster Independent School has approved Prologic TEAMS as the Student Information System for our district," said Kay Kizziar, CTO for Lancaster ISD. "We are excited to explore the possibilities the software provides for data mining and analysis, in addition to the compliance and processing pieces of traditional student software."

Prologic's student information system is part of the TEAMS product line offering administrators an integrated, single vendor approach to finance, human resources and student information management. Lancaster's conversion from SunGard® eSchool Plus to Prologic's TEAMS student information system will take place over the next 3-4 months.
