Video contest for educators and students opens

AVerMedia Information, Inc. announced today the launch of the 2010 AVerMedia Interactive Classroom Video Contest, which asks educators to create a 2-minute or shorter “commercial-type” video demonstrating how AVerMedia products have helped or could help in the classroom, or how they and/or their students would promote AVerMedia, its products and/or its services.

Three prize packages will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners. Each prize package will include an AVerPen Interactive Collaborative Learning System, AVerVision Document Camera, an AVerComm Video Conferencing System, and a cash prize. Total combined cash and prize value is $18,800.

The Video Contest will be open for submissions between September 1, 2010 and October 15, 2010. For more information visit www.avercampus.com.
