This site on career education offers several ways to assess your interests, goals, and motivation to help you plan for your schooling and career. First you can assess your motivation with the motivation inventory. After filling out that inventory, click on “Self Assessment” on the left-hand column to find more surveys and inventories. See how you can help yourself determine a major in college, do an inventory of your strengths and weakness while working on a team, determine how you learn best, and find out your level of stress. Submit your answers to get feedback on how you are doing.
