Impero Software Announces a New Version of Education Pro and Updates to iSafeguard at the 2018 Bett Show

Simi Valley, CA, Jan. 25, 2018 – Impero Software, the remote monitoring and management software specialist, will be previewing its upcoming release of Impero Education Pro, version 6.3 (v6.3), at the annual Bett Show in London this week. The new version will launch in February, 2018, and features a number of enhancements and additional functionality. Impero will also discuss its recent update to Impero iSafeguard, its online safeguarding training solution for school staff.

The Bett Show brings together 850 leading companies and more than 34,000 attendees from the global education community to celebrate and discuss the future of education technology. New features of Impero Education Pro (v6.3) include:

· An intuitive ‘enterprise console’ using cloud technology to help technical teams quickly and easily apply settings to multiple servers. This new functionality is particularly beneficial for organizations that serve multiple school districts.

· A web-based teacher console, providing a simple interface designed with teachers in mind. This new functionality offers a range of classroom control features and the ability to monitor multiple devices from a single web browser.

· Automatic keyword library updates, if desired, giving schools instant access to the latest versions. Impero’s keyword library now includes over 20,000 keywords, abbreviations, phrases and URLs, developed with organizations such as Beat, the Anti-Bullying Alliance, and SafeBAE and using IWF’s illegal content list.

· Support for GDPR compliance with a range of enhancements has been applied to Impero Education Pro in response to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.
