One-on-One Training

Tip:
Over the course of several years, the staff development technology process in my district has evolved to the point of providing one-on-one training. I've developed some materials to move the process along; you can find them online. This includes links to pages to determine your learning style, and a worksheet to fill out with the results. There is also a Goal planning worksheet, which is used to explain what one wants to learn and has space to break the goal down into component steps. There is a process Completion worksheet, used to document what has been done (very useful in cases where staff can get credit for their work). This is still a new idea for my district, so there is refinement needed, but you may find the page and the materials helpful.
