The 2025 Global Teacher Insights Report from Vivi reveals that 85% of nearly 2,000 teachers worldwide identified strong teacher-student relationships and active engagement as the two most influential factors in their sense of success.

I had the chance to dig into the report’s weeds with Peter Emmel, Director of Technology at Randolph Township Schools (NJ), and Juliana Finegan, VP of Educator Experience at Vivi. Juliana details the whys and hows of the report while Peter is able to apply the data to his insights on managing the tech in schools on a day-to-day basis.
