Odysseyware has added a “Principles of Coding” course to its curriculum. Principles of Coding is designed to introduce middle school students to the basics of coding and to help them delve into the thought processes behind designing technology by creating games, simulations, and a mobile application.
The course combines project-based learning, oral communication, modeling, and traditional instructional methods.
The course is designed to be integrated into brick-and-mortar classrooms, and is guided by the nationally recognized Computer Science Teacher’s Association standards.
