Morgan’s Wonderland, PCI Education and WeAreTeachers announce a back-to-school contest for special education teachers and their students. Teachers can nominate a student and his or her family for a chance to win a free trip to Morgan’s Wonderland, a 25-acre park designed for children and adults with special needs.

The five teachers with the most votes for their nomination will receive free educational products from PCI Education. Online nominations will be accepted until Oct. 1. For more information, visit



New Network for Special Education Teachers

 WeAreTeachers, an online social and business network that brings together teachers, learners and content in the education industry, announces a partnership with PCI Education, provider of resources for students with special needs.

Student with Special Needs Awarded Trip of a Lifetime to World’s First Ultra-Accessible Family Fun Park

Ten-year-old Dylan Horne and his family from Bryant, Ark. are headed on a trip to Morgan’s Wonderland, the world’s first ultra-accessible family fun park. Sponsored by PCI Education and Dell, and hosted by online community WeAreTeachers, the nationwide contest asked special education teachers to nominate their students for the trip of a lifetime to Morgan’s Wonderland. As the nominating teacher of the grand-prize winner, Jane Sago of Bryant Public Schools’ Bryant Elementary School will also be awarded a $2,500 gift card for products from PCI Education, the premier provider of resources for students with specialized instructional needs.

Promethean announced today that Linda Yollis, an elementary school teacher at Chaparral Elementary School in Calabasas, California, was selected as the winner of the 3rd annual Thank a Teacher Contest.
