iParadigms has created a correlation report that outlines how Turnitin can be used to meet the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for English Language Arts and Literacy in History/Social Studies, Science, and Technical Subjects for grades 6-12. The report identifies how all of the College and Career Readiness (CCR) anchor standards are met using the OriginalityCheck, GradeMark and/or PeerMark components of Turnitin. The majority of these standards can be met using all three tools, including those standards that address logical inferences, determining central themes, writing informative texts, producing coherent writing, and more.
