SMART Technologies Inc. today announced the pricing of the initial public offering of 38,830,000 of its Class A Subordinate Voting Shares at a price to the public of US$ 17.00 per share. The shares will begin trading on July 15, 2010, on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “SMT,” and on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SMA.”
