Knovation acquires SideVibe to improve use of digital resources

Knovation today announced its acquisition of SideVibe from Basis Applied Technology.

SideVibe enables educators to create standards-aligned lessons that combine web-based digital content, teacher-created inquiry-based learning activities, student response, and immediate teacher feedback in a single online interface.

SideVibe’s concepts and approaches on the effective use of digital content in the classroom complement Knovation’s collection of 330,000 digital learning resources aligned to state and Common Core State Standards.

The integration of SideVibe with Knovation’s solutions will be in beta release in mid-2013 and is scheduled for completion later this year. Current SideVibe users will continue to have access to SideVibe in its present form.
