Long Island Newsday reports on high school senior Scott Smith, who developed the district’s new app; the Cape Verde Bugle in Arizona reports on Camp Verde School District reinvention; and The Oshkosh Northwestern identifies an interesting fact: the Oshkosh School District’s “lowest-income schools have some of the best access to technology because they qualify for grant opportunities, whereas some of the more higher-income schools do not qualify for grant funding and therefore don’t have as much access. —Kevin Hogan, Editorial Director
