U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will give keynote remarks and release the National Education Technology Plan at the State Educational Technology Directors Association Education Forum Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 1:30pm ET in National Harbor, Md.
The plan, entitled "Transforming American Education: Learning Powered by Technology," provides details on how the administration plans to improve the opportunity for the nation's learners to gain a 21st century education by using technology to transform teaching and learning.
