Shelly Kiblinger will join the Hutchinson Public Schools USD 308, one of the largest districts in Kansas, as superintendent. Kiblinger comes from Garden City Public Schools, where she currently serves as assistant superintendent. She was chosen from among three finalists.
Kiblinger replaces David Flowers, who left last year to become superintendent in West Fargo, N.D.
