MS Task Error

Question: What does mstask error mean? I am running Windows 98 on IBM Net vista machines and keep getting this error message.

The IT Guy says:
Mstask.exe is a scheduler tool that comes with Internet Explorer. Several things can cause the error, but generally a safe way to fix it is to update the version of Internet Explorer you are running. Updating Internet Explorer for Windows98 should also install new service packs that may fix this problem. Visit www.windowsupdate.com or start the Windows Update Service from the link on your start menu. Information about the computer you are running Windows Update on is passed to Microsoft during this process. This provides one of the easiest ways to identify the security patches and other updates needed for your operating system. Additionally, Microsoft provides a helpful page for troubleshooting Windows98 error messages on http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;w98errmsg.
