Promethean and KUNO announce a new education tablet learning system, the Promethean KUNO, available for schools in the U.S.

The Promethean KUNO 9.7” tablet system with a cloud-based platform is compatible with most district curriculum, software, and applications. The tablet comes preloaded with Promethean’s ActivEngage2 software which provides real-time feedback about students’ levels of understanding.

The KUNO tablet uses a Google® certified Android™ Jellybean™ operating system, has a 14-hour battery life and comes with a ruggedized KUNOcase

Additional features include:

  • Promethean Manage web-based portal enables users to remotely configure and manage devices and applications.
  • Cloud-based platform stores district configurations and course schedules
  • System integration enables LDAP and Active Directory configuration and mass customization with student data imported from Student Information Systems.
  • Secure web filter aids in ensuring safe Internet use and supports school and library authorities in meeting the requirements of CIPA
