Question: On my Windows XP computer I keep getting the following error message: "The specified resource language ID cannot be found in the image file." Suggestions?

If you have Microsoft Visual Studio 97 installed, you may need to download and install service pack 3 for this product to resolve this error message. Microsoft has details about this fix on “FIX: Visual Studio 97 SP3 Installs Incorrect Cvtres.exe."
