After 33 years with the Rector (AR) School District, superintendent Rob Louder will retire at the end of the 2010-11 school year. Louder joined Rector High School as band director in 1978, a position he held for 15 years. In 1993, he was hired as high school principal and served in that capacity for 10 years. Louder currently is in his eighth year as superintendent, a position he was hired to fill in February of 2003.
