HP announced its most affordable Mini, the HP Mini 1103. Priced at $299, the 2.78 pound HP Mini 1103 features a 93 percent full-size keyboard, a 10.1-inch LED backlit WSVGA display and the ability to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ WLAN or optional integrated HP Mobile Broadband.
