An opportunity to take a class from MIT from your own computer is an opportunity not to be missed. This class in weight training includes the objectives of the course, suggestions for further reading about weight training, lecture notes that you can download, and most importantly, almost 50 videos that show you how to do weight training exercises correctly. Many of the exercises require the use of machines you’d find at an exercise facility, but several are ones you can do in your own home with a minimum of equipment. Take advantage of instruction from a very successful track and cross-country coach and get to work on your weight training whether or not you participate in organized sports.
