The New JaJa Pressure Sensitive Stylus

We all have our vices. Mine is finding a stylus that will make my handwriting look like I wrote with a real pen. I have done a few stylus reviews because this has been the one item that continues to change as we use the iPad for drawing or writing. I believe today the hunt is over—please welcome the pressure sensitive stylus JaJa. The JaJa offers 1,024 levels of pressure sensitivity and uses a triple A battery rather than an extra connector to communicate with your pen.

If you take notes, Noteshelf seems to work with all of the pressure sensitive and digital pens.I have tested Noteshelf with the JaJa vs my traditional styluses it is a remarkable difference!

Use the following checklist to evaluate any stylus you're considering:

  • Price- range from 89.99- 199.00
  • Bluetooth- Y/N
  • Battery operated Y/N
  • What apps work with the pen?
  • Easy to use: Y/N
  • Palm Rejection: Y/N
  • Dongle Receiver Y/N

Note: if you purchase the new iPad or the new mini you need to purchase the adaptor to plug in your dongle. Lightening 30 pin Adaptor- $29.99.

If you use your iPad as your notebook, a good stylus makes all the difference. It is especially important if you send your notes to colleagues.

Enjoy the hunt! With the holidays around the corner this stylus would make your techie very happy!
