2016 State Student Data Privacy Report Released

ETIN announces the release of its comprehensive 2016 state student data privacy report. The report of student data privacy and security laws passed in 12 states during the 2016 legislative session provides summary and analysis to guide education service providers as they engage with state and local education agencies. Read the Executive Summary and the Comparison Chart of 2016 Laws.

Members will also find a student data privacy spreadsheet comparing state student data privacy laws passed in 2015 and 2016 along with individual state student data privacy summary and analyses passed in 2014, 2015 and 2016 on ETIN’s Ed Policy Forum
