A Hillsboro (OR) School District has had to respond to a leaked memo that advises teachers on the proper display of Santa in classrooms during the holidays. Baltimore County Superintendent Dallas Dance has come under fire for an election-night Tweet. And district officials in Tipp City (OH) are dealing with a series of racist posts that have gone viral.
