Lexia Learning has made the Lexia RAPID Assessment™ literacy program available on iPad with the RAPID iOS app. The computer-adaptive screener and diagnostic tool for grades K-12 is now available on the App Store.
“Many school districts we work with requested a version of RAPID for iPad,” said Lexia President Nick Gaehde. “Now educators have the option of using RAPID on either a browser or an iPad.”
Administered up to three times a year, RAPID screens the skills most predictive of end-of-year reading success. It discretely measures the academic language skills that play a significant role in overall reading comprehension, particularly as students transition from learning to read to reading to learn.
