Blackboard Inc. has announced several enhancements to its AlertNow™ and Blackboard Connect™ mass notification services, including the following:
Blackboard Connect platform:

· Document links – Share documents via e-mail (without worrying about capacity or delivery challenges)
· Automated TTY – Enhance accessibility of messages, automatically detecting teletypewriter (TTY) devices for the hearing-impaired

AlertNow platform:
