PadCamp, a free professional development opportunity, will explore the use of tablets, e-readers and other handheld mobile devices in K-12 education August 9th.
Inspired by EdCamp Philly, PadCamp is an "unconference" - there are no keynotes, no commercial content, and the conference schedule is created on the day of the event by the attendees. Anyone can attend, whether educators, community members, or students.
