Senior wins $5000 scholarship

AVerMedia Information, Inc. announced today the winner of the third annual AVerVision Scholarship for graduating seniors. Applicants were asked to submit an official academic transcript, professional resume, letters of recommendation, and a one-page essay describing how classroom technology has changed throughout their educational path, as well as how it has affected their learning.

Winner Jena Graham of Turnwater High School in Turnwater, WA plans to attend the University of Portland and major in Engineering Management and Political Science. The two educators who recommended Miss Graham for this scholarship, Turnwater Principal Mr. Scott Seaman and teacher Mr. Todd McDougall, will each receive a new AVerVision document camera.
