Archipelago Learning, a PLATO Learning company, has introduced Newcomers’ Storybooks and a Speaking Component to ESL ReadingSmart.
The ESL ReadingSmart Newcomers’ Storybooks will help students engage with the English language by allowing them to read and interact with literature. All of the stories in this section will include pictures, simple sentences, and audio.
Additionally, the new Speaking Component will enable students to record themselves reading a text. Students can then play it back and listen for fluency.
