Today's Newsletter: 3D Printing, Robotics And More From BETT

Just back from a week at BETT , the largest and at 30 years, oldest edtech exhibition on the planet. There is lots of great UK coverage that should give educators worldwide a look at what’s coming into classrooms next: The Independent gives a good overview here.3D Printing and roboticswere also prevalent themes from the show. Promethean and Smart interactive whiteboards were a big presence as usual along with a tremendous influx of tablets, as represented by Intel’s device bar. One thing missing—3D projector and software, which were hugely popular no less than three years ago, were nothing more than a memory. Next up over the next few weeks: FETC , TCEA , then SXSWedu. We’ll keep you covered!
