As districts develop their digital learning programs, add companion devices, and move beyond the physical walls of their buildings, they have to plan for the technological infrastructure needed to support these initiatives. In addition, they determine what resources are necessary for system growth and what resources are available by assessing cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment. To determine success of their current initiatives and plan for the future, districts should conduct an evaluation to understand the impact the technology is having in terms of student outcomes, data measurement, and overall progress. This webinar will focus on infrastructure needs, financing requirements, and evaluating the results of digital learning initiatives. Leaders from districts that have shown success will discuss how they got to this point and where they intend to take their strategy in the future.
