Do You Zoomerang?

Can you recommend an easy, inexpensive way to conduct staff surveys? I'm looking for something that is easy to set up and then can be used for simple data analysis.

Now that most site and district staff members have access to computers and the Internet, consider taking most, or even all, of your staff surveys online. Organizations including WestEd and the Michigan Gates project now regularly use online surveys.

A current favorite among educators is the free online service, Zoomerang, available at www.zoomerang.com. While subscription accounts are available, the free service allows you to set up, deploy, and analyze surveys. The forms you design may include yes/no, multiple choice, and short answer questions. Responses can be displayed in graphs and tables. Another online survey tool is Add a Form, available at www.addaform.com.
