This is a tip to use when you are working on formatting a document, spreadsheet or presentation that you have already typed.

  • Highlight a part of text, or a cell in a spreadsheet that has formatting that you would like to copy.
  • Click on the icon of the paint brush in the top toolbar.
  • Now highlight some text that you would like to have the same formatting as the text you first highlighted.

It will automatically change the formatting of the section that you highlighted.
