It sounds as though you might be a candidate for a linkblog! This is a site that allows you to create a Web-based list of bookmarks that can be annotated and categorized using keywords. Once you’ve set up an account, your linkblog can be accessed using any Internet-connected computer. You may also add a button to your browser’s toolbar that enables you to easily add new listings with just a couple of clicks. It’s also possible to share your linkblog with others.

One linkblog host you might try is del.icio.us.
