HP has announced the Z210 Workstation, available in a convertible mini-tower (CMT) or a highly compact small form factor (SFF). The predecessors to these models, the Z200 and Z200 SFF Workstations, are being used by educators around the world including Colorado State University of Business and Centennial College in Toronto. The new Z210 workstations start at $659 (CMT) and $569 (SFF) respectively, offer a choice of high-performance Intel Xeon E3, AMD or NVIDIA graphics, and deliver increased overall performance of 20 percent or more than previous generation processors.
