Barbara Bush Elementary is a K-6 school located in Mesa, AZ. The school’s Web site is designed and maintained by the student Web Design Team, which meets before school twice each week. The purpose of the site is to provide information and useful tools to students, parents, teachers, and community members both at school and at home.
How to use the site:
There are several interesting areas in this site. Click on the Extracurricular link to learn more about the Web Design Team and other programs such as the BBS (Bush Broadcasting System), Show Biz Kids, and the Book Bunch. The Photo and Movie Galleries feature pictures of events and student-created movies (using iMovie or Studio 9). The Virtual Library includes links to online magazines for kids, virtual museums, and free clip-art, to name a few. Plan to spend some time here perusing the various links.
