For Teachers: Love and War, Canadian War Brides
From the CBC - Canadian Broadcasting Company - comes five sets of teacher activities to help with the "Canadian War Bride" site, which deals with the issues of the British women who married Canadian WWII soldiers and relocated to Canada with their new husbands. With a bit of tweaking, the lessons can be adapted so that the ethical questions reflect the personal experiences of your students' families.
