Producing a budget for any government walks a fine line between expenditures and income. What should a government provide and how should it be paid for? This game lets you control the federal budget and make those decisions. Figure out how to fund the government before looking at the expenditures you think are necessary and useful. You’ll be looking at defense spending, Social Security and Medicare, farm expenditures, education, state and foreign affairs, money for the environment, financial services, and infrastructure. You can also borrow money if you see fit. See if you can balance the budget and keep the citizens happy at the same time.
