NEW YORK – April 11, 2016 – Four Pearson digital learning products are finalists in five categories in the 2016 Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) CODiE Awards. The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software and information industry and have been recognizing product excellence for more than 30 years.
The Pearson finalists are:
●REVEL, an interactive learning environment that enables students to read, practice and study in one continuous experience, is honored in both the Best Postsecondary Learning Content Solution and Best Learning Capacity-Building Solution categories. ●The company’s Professional Learning Model, online professional development for teachers using a “flipped model,” is recognized in the Best Professional Learning Solution for K-20 Faculty and Administrative Staff category. This unique approach requires teachers to view a video, read an article, or complete an activity prior to attending the session. Winners will be announced during a virtual award ceremony on May 18 and the top honor of best overall education product will be presented at the Education Industry Symposium on July 26 in Denver.
