Johanna Wetmore is having a very good spring. In April, her company’s product, Ogment, won three BESSIE Awards for education technology teacher tools. Ogment was also named finalist in two categories of the SIIA CODiE Awards, and named finalist as an innovative supplementary resource in the Association of American Publishers’ REVERE Awards. Ms. Wetmore was also named to the exclusive AAP list of promising education professionals who are “On the Rise” and demonstrate remarkable leadership and innovation in the education resource industry. Ogment was developed by Ms. Wetmore’s company, EvoText, to help educators quickly and seamlessly integrate web content with teacher-created material to build multimedia lessons and curriculum.
