Cerebellum Corporation, the producer and distributor of the Standard Deviants videos, has released the Daily Planet: Sports & Recreation Series for grades 9-12. The Daily Planet DVD programs explore the scientific aspects of current topics and events though the use of interviews, field pieces and real-life experiments to support science and STEM curricula.

The Daily Planet: Sports and Recreation Series goes behind the scenes of popular pastimes and teaches students about the scientific components of recreational activities and extreme hobbies. Topics in the series include extreme sports, art, movies, games and more.
