Camtasia Studio 8 Released

TechSmith’s new Camtasia Studio 8 aims to allow anyone to create professional, interactive videos for education, training, marketing and sales.

New Features Include:

• Hotspots: Teachers can now embed hyperlinks within any video
• Quizzing: Educators can now add multiple choice, short answer and true/false questions at any point within the video, to make sure students watch the videos and see how the material is resonating
• Reporting: Upon student completion of the video, teachers receive a detailed email report from TechSmith’s cloud; the quiz data can be automatically graded and organized, allowing educators to spend more time focusing on teaching and less time on grading, in class lectures and reviews.

During ISTE 2012, educators will present their experiences with the "flipped" learning model and how TechSmith products help them create the flipped classroom.
