eInstruction announced today the release of its newest edition of WorkSpace with new features such as improved handwriting and shape recognition, equation recognition technology, and more than 50 annotation and teaching tools. WorkSpace Connect, a free app available for iPad® and Android™ tablets, allows teachers to turn their device into a mobile interactive whiteboard.
The software also allows teachers to develop lesson plans that incorporate material from formats and sources such as ExamView® content and question banks, web-based content, third-party curricula, and a software library of more than 4,000 images and animations. The enhanced equation recognition technology recognizes complex equations and converts handwritten equations in real-time.
The newly-released version of WorkSpace will ship with eInstruction’s complete line of interactive whiteboards and Mobi products starting in late-December.
