The upcoming Digital Learning Day reflects the increasing complexity of teaching in the digital, data-driven world -- and it’s not surprising that teachers are turning to online communities to pool resources and figure out how to navigate.

The American Federation of Teachers' (AFT) new online community, Share My Lesson, is a joint venture between the AFT and TSL Education to form a digital platform for U.S. teachers to access and rate teaching resources and share teaching ideas at no cost.
