 HP has introduced a new category in videoconferencing with the arrival of SkyRoom - high-definition videoconferencing software that offers real-time collaboration for face-to-face meetings (up to four participants) over a standard network with no subscription fees.

Users click a contact to initiate a live SkyRoom session. Another click shares the desktop or rich media content, and participants are collaborating. Students in K-12 can collaborate and share with other schools anywhere in the world or invite guest speakers virtually into the classroom.
