Promethean introduces new ActivBoard Touch interactive whiteboards that support up to six simultaneous unique touches.
The ActivBoard Touch’s six-touch surface allows intuitive gestures such as swipe, pinch and zoom to manage the surface and content display. The six-touch model is also compatible with Windows, Mac OSX and Linux operating systems.Teachers and students can switch between touch functionality and a stylus depending on the material being covered. A dry-erase surface option layers a “simple mode” under the board’s interactive functionality.
Available in 78-inch and 88-inch surfaces, the six-touch board and dry-erase surface option will be available worldwide at the end of July 2014.
