Independent software developer Justin Hackett announces Learn To Write 3.0 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Aimed at young children just learning how to write, the app uses an animated ball to show the proper strokes for each letter. Writing is done by essentially finger-painting, following the ball as a tutor. Children can also draw freehand or test their knowledge with an interactive guessing game.
