The American Institutes for Research (AIR) is partnering with Microsoft and AssistX Education, LLC to offer students a secure online assessment environment for Windows 8 devices.

AIR Secure Browser 7.2, bundled with AssistX’s TestPolicy™ for AIR, creates a standardized testing environment for Windows 8 that helps schools achieve testing compliance in preparation for assessments in Spring of 2015.

AIR Secure Browser 7.2 also supports ClassPolicy™, an optional add-on available from AssistX for those who want an enhanced, teacher-led online learning as well as testing experience in a 1-to-1 environment.
