It’s go time. PARCC testing has begin in earnest and much like the weather in many parts of the country, local reports describe a mess. NJ.com details difficulties in New Jersey and Ohio with run of the mill issues like log-on and password complaints. Some educators like Peggy Robertson are outright refusing to participate on philosophical grounds. And parents are also choosing to opt-out. The news is not all bad however.
